No Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene considerations, AF Kamet Fragrance does not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal fragrance preference
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Opened or used products

Exchange for Damaged Products Only

We offer exchanges only if the product is received damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number.
  • Provide clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damaged product and packaging.

Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the exchange request being declined.

Exchange Eligibility

The product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories and labels
  • Be approved after verification by our support team

Exchange Process

Once the claim is verified:

  • A replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may provide an alternative product of equal value or issue store credit.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used.
  • Damage is caused after delivery.
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is missing original packaging.
  • No valid proof of damage is provided.
